The current generation Dodge Journey with its sporty, fun to drive and bold design delivers safety, seating flexibility, loads of storage, versatility, all weather driving capability as well as cargo storage. Trims & Mileage

For 2009, Dodge Journey is offered in three trim versions, the base model SE, R/T and up-level SXT. The standard engine to all the models include 2.0 liter DOHC I-4 version that delivers power up to 173 hp at 6000 rpm and torque of 166 lb ft at 4000 rpm. The standard transmission to the engine is 4-speed automatic, while it offers 6-speed automatic as optional. With the I-4 engine, Journey model can achieve fuel economy of 15 mpg in the city premises and 20 mpg on the highway roads.

The new features offered in the SUV include UConnect multimedia suite that has the capacity to store 20GB of music files and pictures, stainless steel Dodge Journey roof rail, navigation system, beverage chilling glove box and child safety cushions.
